Apricot Chicken Recipe

  • 3lb (1.4kg) chicken pieces
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 15oz (425g) can apricot nectar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  1. Combine chicken pieces, onion soup, apricot chicken, salt and pepper in casserole dish.
  2. Cover, in a moderate oven (375F) for 1½ hours, or until chicken pieces are tender.
  3. Serve with rice.
