Country Buttermilk Scrambled Eggs

Serves: 3-4 servings
  • 6 jumbo eggs
  • 6 tablespoons of buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon of real butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a large bowl, crack eggs and add buttermilk. Whisk very well for at east 1 minute. Make sure eggs and buttermilk create a nice frothy mixture with lots of air bubbles.
  2. Melt butter in a pan or griddle over medium heat and add egg mixture.
  3. After eggs begin to set, stir with a spatula until eggs are cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper as desired and serve.
