Country Fresh Scrambled Eggs

This recipe is simple and really offers the perfect ratio of ingredients to make country style, fluffy scrambles eggs.
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a large bowl, add eggs, milk, onion powder and garlic powder. Use a whisk and beat eggs briskly for 1 minute - mixing well and creating tiny air bubbles throughout.
  2. Place a skillet over low heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter. When butter is melted, add egg mixture.
  3. As eggs begin to set, gently stir until and mix until completely done. Usually under 2 minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper after eggs are cooked and serve.
