Fruit Punch
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups water
- 4 cups cold tea
- 4 cups orange juice
- 4 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 6 passionfruit
- 4 pints (4 cups) dry ginger ale
- 2 pints (2 cups) lemonade
- 2 pints (2 cups) soda water
- Mint
- Thin orange slices
- Ice cubes
- Boil sugar and water 6 or 7 minutes. Cool syrup.
- Combine fruit juice and passionfruit pulp with cold tea and syrup.
- When required for serving, add 2 large trays of ice cubes and 3 or 4 sprigs of crushed mint.
- Add ginger ale, lemonade and soda water.
- Taste and if required add iced water.
- Serve and decorate with slices of orange floating on top. (1 bottle of raspberry topping may be added for colour if desired).
