Fruit Punch
 
Ingredients
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 cups cold tea
  • 4 cups orange juice
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 6 passionfruit
  • 4 pints (4 cups) dry ginger ale
  • 2 pints (2 cups) lemonade
  • 2 pints (2 cups) soda water
  • Mint
  • Thin orange slices
  • Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Boil sugar and water 6 or 7 minutes. Cool syrup.
  2. Combine fruit juice and passionfruit pulp with cold tea and syrup.
  3. When required for serving, add 2 large trays of ice cubes and 3 or 4 sprigs of crushed mint.
  4. Add ginger ale, lemonade and soda water.
  5. Taste and if required add iced water.
  6. Serve and decorate with slices of orange floating on top. (1 bottle of raspberry topping may be added for colour if desired).
