Slow Roasted Crockpot Chops
  • Pork
  • Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ c ketchup
  • ⅓ c soy sauce
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ c honey
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  1. Brown the pork chop in a pan. Pour oil, toss in the chop, and season with salt and pepper. Flip it to brown the other side too. Set aside.
  2. Mix the sauce (½ c ketchup, ⅓ c soy sauce, 2 tsp minced garlic, ¼ c honey, and 2 tbsp cornstarch).
  3. Place the pork in the crockpot and pour the sauce over it. Cook for 4 hours on low heat.
  4. Put cornstarch on ¼ cup of cold water and pour it over the pork chop. Cook for an additional hour.
