Raw, Vegan, Paleo Chocolate Bliss Balls
  • 2 TBS Almond butter
  • Half a cup of Almonds
  • Half a cup of Almond Meal
  • 2 Teaspoons of Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Teaspoons of Cacao Nibs
  • 10 Medjool Dates (pitted)
  1. Add the dry ingredients (almonds, almond meal, cocoa powder, cacao nibs) to a food processor and blend until it is all mixed together.
  2. Stir in the Almond butter and dates into the dry mix as best as possible
  3. Process all the ingredients together, ensuring they combine well and there is a moist, smooth consistency. (add more almond butter if you have to to ensure mix is wet)
  4. Use a table spoon of mixture and press and roll into a ball and place on a place
  5. Repeat until all the mixture is in balls
  6. Put balls in the freezer for 10 minutes and then they should be ready to consume.
  7. After that they should be stored in the fridge
