Boneless Country Style Beef Ribs Pressure Cooker
  • 3 pounds beef ribs
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¾ cup beef broth
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  1. Mix the brown sugar, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and cumin in a small bowl.
  2. Rub and massage the spice mix evenly all over the beef ribs.
  3. Pour the beef broth at the bottom of a pressure cooker. Add the beef ribs, then pour over the barbecue sauce.
  4. Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes. Once the ribs finish cooking, use the quick releasing method for about 15 – 20 minutes.
  5. Serve the ribs immediately with extra BBQ sauce.
