Protein Pancakes
  • ¼ Cup of Oatmeal Powder
  • ¼ Cup of Your Favourite Protein Powder
  • ½ Cup of Egg Whites
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon of Water
  1. Blend the mixture smoothly
  2. Heat a non stick pan on high
  3. Add a small amount of vegetable oil to the pan so that it coats the pan
  4. Add a small amount of mix to the pan. Adjust amount of mixture based on how thick you would like your pancakes.
  5. Once the mixture is added to the pan leave it until you see small bubbles forming on the top. It is now time to ease up the sides with a spatula and flip! It should take around 30 seconds per side,
